1. About Vendagarden

Vendagarden is an online directory designed to help people discover wedding vendors and businesses.

Vendagarden does not provide wedding services, act as an agent for listed vendors, or participate in transactions or agreements between users and vendors.

When you contact, hire, pay, or otherwise engage with a vendor discovered through Vendagarden, that relationship is directly between you and the vendor.

2. Vendor listings

Vendagarden may contain business information collected from publicly available sources, submitted by vendors, or provided by other users.

We aim to keep listings useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

A listing on Vendagarden does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee of a vendor or their services.

Vendors may request corrections or updates to their listings through the methods provided on the website.

3. Choosing a vendor

You are responsible for evaluating any vendor before hiring or paying them.

Vendagarden does not guarantee a vendor’s availability, pricing, qualifications, insurance, licensing, quality of work, reliability, safety, or suitability for your wedding or event.

You should conduct your own research and enter into appropriate agreements directly with vendors.

4. Sponsored placements

Some businesses may pay Vendagarden for increased visibility.

Paid placements will be identified as Sponsored or with similar language.

Sponsorship affects where or how prominently a business may appear. It does not mean Vendagarden endorses, verifies, or guarantees that business.

Sponsored placements are advertising products and do not guarantee inquiries, website visits, bookings, sales, or any other business result.

5. Sponsorship purchases

Vendagarden currently offers fixed-duration sponsored placements. Available pricing, duration, placement, and availability are shown at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, sponsorship periods begin according to the dates confirmed during purchase or activation.

Purchasing sponsorship does not give a business ownership of a particular page, search result, category, city, or audience.

Vendagarden may make reasonable changes to the presentation of sponsored placements across different devices and areas of the website.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments for sponsored placements are processed through our third-party payment provider.

Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated at checkout, sponsorship purchases are non-refundable once the sponsored placement has begun.

If Vendagarden is unable to provide a purchased placement because of an issue under our control, we may, at our discretion, extend the placement, reschedule it, provide account credit where applicable, or issue a full or partial refund.

7. Submitting or listing a business

You may submit a business to Vendagarden if the information you provide is accurate and you have the right to provide it.

Submitting a business does not guarantee publication.

Vendagarden may edit, categorize, decline, remove, or update listings when reasonably necessary to maintain the quality and integrity of the directory.

8. Images and content

Business names, trademarks, photographs, logos, and other materials displayed in vendor listings may belong to their respective owners.

Where businesses provide content directly to Vendagarden, they grant Vendagarden a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, resize, format, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote their listing and the Vendagarden service.

If you believe content displayed on Vendagarden infringes your rights, please contact us so that we can review it.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Vendagarden to interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, submit knowingly false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, distribute malicious software, or use automated systems to extract substantial portions of the directory without our permission.

10. Third-party websites

Vendagarden contains links to vendor websites, Instagram profiles, and other third-party services.

We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, or services.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and policies.

11. Intellectual property

Vendagarden’s branding, interface, original graphics, software, copy, database organization, and other original materials are owned by Vendagarden or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Vendagarden or its content.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of Vendagarden at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

13. Disclaimer

Vendagarden is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vendagarden and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vendagarden or your dealings with vendors discovered through the service.

Our aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid Vendagarden for that service during the applicable transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
